Coming in second is an outstanding modernist home in the Hamptons, pictured at left, listed by Sotheby’s International Realty – East Hampton Brokerage. Sited on a 75-foot bluff, the property includes a 5,000-square-foot main house with a 2,500-square-foot guest house. The list price was $12,970,000.
