Juliana Martell is a young woman in a hurry. The Manayunk resident began working part-time in real estate while she was in college pursuing a business degree (and an M.B.A. directly after her bachelor’s degree) from Philadelphia University. Even though she was limited to helping Temple University students find rental apartments, she found real estate interesting enough that she decided to make it a career. Now licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Juliana is launching her sales career with Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty’s Philadelphia real estate office on Rittenhouse Square.
