A stately English manor, it commands sweeping 270-degree views featuring Sydney Harbour, the central business district, famous opera house, bridge and across to Manly. Sundorne sold for $14,133,811.
Andy Roddick’s Austin Home
Another notable sale in November was the Austin, Texas, home of retired tennis star Andy Roddick. The 8,960-square-foot home features an infinity-edge pool, extensive gym, putting green and outdoor kitchen. A tennis court was not mentioned in the description. The property sold for $12,500,000.
