Donald Pearson, chairman, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, is pleased to announce that Lisa Frushone has joined the company’s New Hope office. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she has been a consistent top-producing realtor in Bucks and Hunterdon counties, having represented estate residences, equestrian and farm properties, new construction, land and commercial properties.
“Lisa’s extensive repeat and referral business is a testament to the strong relationships she develops with clients. She knows her market, is very comfortable representing high-end properties and listens to clients’ needs, a perfect addition to our company,” says Pearson.
Prior to beginning her career in real estate in 2000, Frushone worked as a different type of agent, representing clients in the commercial television industry and negotiating highly recognizable commercial endorsement deals. The attention to detail and the give-and-take required in such negotiations was ideal training for bringing real-estate deals to settlement. We welcome her to the Kurfiss SIR New Hope office.
