Donald D. Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, is pleased to announce that Dana Lansing has joined the company’s Bucks County office in New Hope, Pa. With a professional background in architecture and art, Dana began practicing real estate in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 2001. She has built a notable roster of satisfied clients on both the sell and buy sides and has many testimonials from them. See Dana’s video introduction here.
Trained as an architect with a degree from Temple University, Dana truly appreciates the distinctive and historical housing stock in the Central Bucks and Hunterdon/Mercer County, N.J., markets. She is a great resource to her clients because she can advise on what changes may be possible or sensible with a property. Dana herself has lived in historical homes in Bucks County and understands the reality of updating these properties.
“Dana truly brings a unique but critical collection of skills to our company. Because we do tend to represent many very unique properties, she is a perfect fit,” says Pearson.
She present represents the notable Jules Gregory House in Lambertville, N.J., as well as Belle View, a classic Victorian farmhouse with barn in Doylestown, Pa. Learn more about Dana here or email her if you would like to consult with her on buying or selling a property.
