Moving Forward Together: New Virtual Tours, New Agents

We hope everyone is well this Wednesday. We just finished a Zoom meeting with all staff here at Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. The message from Pennsylvania Association of Realtors is clear: We shall not interact face-to-face with clients, appraisers, inspectors and others. Fortunately our top-notch business partner, Delaware River Closing Services, and our office admins are helping our clients who are already under agreement to complete their closings. We expect a bill allowing electronic notarization of closing docs to arrive Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s desk any day now, which will mean 100% virtual closings are possible. We are moving forward, together.

Today’s Virtual Tour

844 Street Road exterior
Take a 3-D walk through this c. 1958 Mid-Century Modern residence in New Hope, Pa.

One of our most spectacular listings is now available with a 3D tour: 884 Street Road, listed by Caryn Black, is a classic Mid-Century Modern design by noted architect Jules Gregory. Step inside and see how stunning this home is in Buckingham Township, Bucks County, Pa.

New Agents Join Kurfiss SIR

We do not want coronavirus news to overshadow two agents who recently decided to shift their careers forward by joining Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty. Curt Bosson and Katerina Dimitriadis both are based in our Rittenhouse Square office and have deep knowledge of Philadelphia residential real estate. As you’ll read in Curt’s bio, he literally grew up in real estate because his father oversaw sales at various luxury communities. Katerina brings solid business experience from brand-name companies in the U.S. Both Curt and Katerina are well-versed in assisting clients with the utmost care. Welcome, Curt and Katerina!

Stage Your Own Home

If you’re home and find yourself contemplating a new look for a room in your house, you might like to try our virtual staging app, Curate by Sotheby’s International Realty. Use your phone to download the app from the Apple store or Google Play. You’ll be able to choose the room and style of furniture you want to place, walk around your room with your phone pointing at the floor to grab general dimensions. Then hit the button and voila, the furniture is inserted. Rotate and resize as you like by pinching the screen. You can save photos to your phone for future reference. More info here on sothebysrealty.com.

We’ll be back tomorrow after our company-wide town hall meeting. Stay well, everyone.
