MaryAnne found her calling when she became a realtor. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she became a market leader in the first year of her career and in the years that followed. She consistently generated sales that placed her in the top 10% of agents in her company. Along the way, she earned her broker’s license and moved into management roles in Coldwell Banker Hearthside offices in New Hope, and Yardley, Bucks County Pa. Under her leadership, the Yardley office became the #1 office in the company and among the top 15 of all Coldwell Banker offices in the U.S.
MaryAnne’s professional responsibilities expanded, and she managed five Bucks County offices for Coldwell Banker. During this time she created training programs for new and experienced agents and advised the realtors in her office as they built their businesses, secured listings and closed deals.
“I owe my success to my interest in building relationships of respect and trust with people, helping them to get where they want to be,” says MaryAnne. “This applies to buyers, sellers and agent-colleagues.”
Communication Is Key
As an agent assisting buyers, MaryAnne focuses on listening to them, understanding their needs concerning square footage, commute time, features, maintenance, schools and other priorities.
“What is important to me is not whether a client buys one house or another. What’s important is that they buy the home that is right for their situation and their family requirements,” says MaryAnne.
When work with sellers, she brings a keen eye for how to best prepare a property for the market, staging, decluttering, guiding them on repairs and improvements.
Mercer County, N.J., native MaryAnne knows and loves Bucks County – it’s where she raised three daughters — and also maintains ties to the Princeton, N.J., and Montgomery County, Pa., areas, as well as Philadelphia. She is a long-time supporter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Womenspace.
