Donald D. Pearson, chairman, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, announced that Devon LeCompte has joined the company’s Bucks County office. While she is well established as a Realtor in central New Jersey’s horse country, Devon is a resident of the Lehigh Valley, Pa., just over the Delaware River from New Jersey. She is running her Pennsylvania business through Kurfiss SIR’s Bucks County office.
“We are very pleased to welcome Devon to our company. Her knowledge of residential real estate and her direct experience in real estate investment and equestrian properties make her an excellent addition to our team,” said Pearson.
Specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales, Devon has built her business on the principles of service and professionalism. She empowers her clients to make informed decisions by listening to them and understanding their goals and needs. Whether selling a condominium or an estate property, Devon ensures that sellers have exemplary service, exceptional marketing, and access to the far reaching global affiliation of Sotheby’s Auction House.
As the granddaughter of a self-made, real-estate entrepreneur, Devon spent her childhood touring properties, attending council meetings, reading contracts and calculating revenue streams. She learned many facets of the industry — and hard work, diligence, and integrity required to succeed in the business — at an early age.
Devon owned and operated a real estate investment firm based out of the ultra-competitive South Florida market. This provided her with discerning knowledge and skills that guide her through even the most complex transactions.
She appreciates having the most innovative and comprehensive marketing tools in the real estate field at her fingtertips via the Sotheby’s International Realty brand. This, coupled with her broad knowledge of current technology and promotional practices, allows her to showcase the unique and distinctive features in homes that resonate with buyers. She makes the connection with professionalism throughout all stages of a transaction.
Devon has been nominated for the New Jersey Association of Realtors® Good Neighbor Award resulting from her work with Valley Crest Farm & Preserve. She is an educator for United States Pony Club and has been a lifetime member of Tinicum Park Polo Club in Bucks County, Pa.
