Donald D. Pearson, chairman, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, has announced that the company is moving to expanded office space in Bryn Mawr, Pa., in the heart of Philadelphia’s Main Line suburbs.
“While we will still be located in the same Bryn Mawr Central building, we are more than doubling our square footage as we prepare to expand our agent roster in the Main Line market,” said Mr. Pearson. “We have found that the location, next to the train station, works very well in terms of offering parking to our clients and agents along with all the modern conveniences we need in a workspace.” The company’s offices are moving to the second floor from the first floor. The building has an elevator.

The company’s Main Line sales associates represent properties at all price points but its inventory is dominated by significant properties in locations stretching from Bala Cynwyd in the east into the western areas of Chester County, Pa.
