
Donald D. Pearson, chairman, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, announced that Realtor Katie Kolbe has joined the company’s Bucks County office.

Originally from Annapolis, Md., Katie earned her undergraduate degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland at College Park. She also holds a Master’s degree in Education from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
Relocation Expert
As a Marine Corps wife who relocated every 2 to 3 years during her husband’s career, Katie developed a passion and expertise for finding the perfect home for her family. She now finds that using her business acumen to negotiate the best possible deal for her clients, as well as her teaching experience to listen to her clients’ needs and educate those relocating, is a wonderful combination for helping others with the purchase or sale of their home. Having gone through the relocation process herself 12 times, Katie has the compassion and genuine desire to bring joy to her clients.
