The model home at The Pinnacle at Rolling Hills
This is a rendering of the model home now under construction at The Pinnacle at Rolling Hills in Bucks County, Pa. It has wonderful views through front and back windows as well as many upgrades.

Scheduled for completion by Thanksgiving, the model home at The Pinnacle at Rolling Hills, located in a bucolic corner of Tinicum Township, Bucks County, is now able to accommodate showings with buyers. With the drywall up and doors and windows in place, buyers can get a sense of the home’s floor plan and perhaps most importantly, they can take in the setting for this small-scale community of new homes.

Built by Edwardson Construction, the model has some of principle Peter Edwardson’s signature features, including rounded plaster corners on walls and pillars, exceptional stonework and rich millwork and moldings. A visit to the model is a necessity to appreciate what this home offers, though we suggest caution for those touring with young children as banisters are not yet in place.

A Hankin Management Community with only 19 lots and 190 acres of private open space laced with walking trails for residents, The Pinnacle at Rolling Hills, with its long-distance views and proximity to recreation along the Delaware River, is the alternative to large home developments. Buyers may choose from four home designs created by Bucks County’s highly regarded Phillips & Donovan Architects LLC, or they can elect to bring their own architect and builder. Lots range from just under an acre to four acres. All are ready-to-build with approvals in place. Lots prices begin at $225,000.

The model home, The Clydesdale, is almost 4,000 square feet with nine-foot ceilings, Andersen Architectural Series windows and French doors, a kitchen finished with 42-inch cabinets, Jenn-Aire appliances, a tile backsplash and stone countertops; and a main bedroom suite with sumptuous bath. Green Energy Star features are incorporated into the construction and mechanicals.
