Donald D. Pearson, chairman of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, announced that Petrina Calantoni has joined the company’s Bucks County office in New Hope, Pa. A longtime equestrian and an expert in farm and equestrian properties, Petrina grew up in a family focused on real-estate development. She went on to a career on Wall Street, but the memories of going to job sites with her father stuck with her, and eventually she became a general contractor. This knowledge of land development and new construction has served her well in her real-estate career.
“Petrina represents the type of agent we pleased to welcome to our company. She’s a top-notch professional with a reputation built on putting her clients’ interests first, and that’s a great fit for us,” said Pearson.
Petrina has great knowledge of the Lehigh Valley and Bucks County real-estate markets. Her business has been built on positive referrals from clients.
“It’s my privilege to work with clients on the sale and listing of homes. These are major purchases, and whether it’s a farm or equestrian property or a single-family house, I want my clients to feel comfortable asking as many questions as they need to ask to feel confident about their decision,” said Calantoni.
On a more personal note, the two constants in Trina’s life have been real estate and animal welfare. In 2013, Petrina founded a low-cost spay neuter program – No Nonsense Neutering – that continues to benefit thousands of low-income families yearly in northeastern Pennsylvania.
