Ethan was born and raised in La Jolla, California with a strong passion for buying and selling real estate. In addition to his real estate pursuits, Ethan also has a background in Film and Television production, where he has honed his skills as a writer and producer. Outside of his professional life, Ethan is an avid explorer of new hiking trails and a connoisseur of the diverse vegan culinary scene. He enjoys these adventures alongside his wife, Scarlett, and their dogs, Bert and Yuka. Recently, Ethan and Scarlett purchased their first home in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Ethan is deeply committed to engaging with and supporting the local community. He has actively contributed to a variety of organizations, including Concordia Chamber Players, Art at Kings Oaks, and Art Yard.
