




On Tuesday, September 16, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty held its All-Company Meeting at Arthaus, one of Philadelphia’s newest residential landmarks, developed by renowned builder Carl Dranoff. Agents and staff from across the region gathered for a morning of insights, collaboration, and connection, followed by lunch and networking.
The program began with opening remarks from Chairman and CEO Donald Pearson, followed by recognition of the new agents who joined Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty in 2024–2025.

The first panel, moderated by John Passerini, Global Vice President of Interactive Marketing, explored how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of the real estate industry. Panelists included:
