Ryan Cortez, recruiting manager for Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, is pleased to welcome Jacqueline Evans to the company’s Bucks County office. A resident of Delaware Township, N.J., in Hunterdon County, Jacqueline knows and loves the Delaware River Valley markets she serves, from Lambertville to Frenchtown and beyond into the beautiful horse country of central New Jersey.

Jacqueline’s interest in real estate as a career began while she and her partner lived in New York City. They started a luxury bag company, and in the quest for a design studio, she suddenly saw real estate from a different perspective and enjoyed the process so much she earned her New York State Real Estate License. She relocated to New Jersey after 9/11 and enjoyed the tranquility of farm life in Hunterdon County. During the Covid-related lockdowns, Jacqueline obtained her New Jersey real estate license, proving a worldwide pandemic was no match for her tireless work ethic.

As the owner of an organic farm in Hunterdon County, N.J., Jacqueline has been a friend to environmental organizations, citizens groups and diverse communities—making life-long friends in the process. And she went beyond familiarizing herself with the area’s estates, business districts and natural treasures by committing to preserve them, serving on the New Jersey Conservation Foundation Advisory Committee and as a Trustee for both the Delaware Township Historical Society and the Delaware River Mill Society.

Jacqueline received her BA from The University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Master of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City. She is based in the New Hope office of Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty.
