Locally, he has spent the last 15 years leading the Human Resources functions at Universal Health Services and then Main Line Health. He has also worked in in the insurance, banking and information technology industries during his career.

He was a past member and president of the Radnor Township Board of School Directors, member of the Radnor Township Parks & Recreation Board, and board member at The Merion Cricket Club. He spent over 15 years as a three-sport coach in the Radnor Youth Athletics Program. Currently, he is a board trustee of Boys’ Latin Philadelphia Charter School, member of the Devon Horse Show Trophy Committee and the Chairman of the Men’s Garden Club of Philadelphia. Paul’s ability to assess and deliver on the needs of people across a variety of circumstances and his interpersonal competence will complement the ongoing client-centered and personal service model that his wife Lisa has so firmly and successfully established. Together they will continue and strengthen the hands-on approach, provided to their clients with high quality service from beginning-to-end of every transaction. Rather than maximizing volume for a team of agents, they remain focused on community involvement, ethical and exceptional management of real estate transactions and effectively marketing client properties.
