Donald Pearson, chairman, Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty, announced that Emily Bartolillo has joined the company’s Bucks County office.
“Emily is a seasoned professional who has done an outstanding job with her clients, notably so on the buy side in a very competitive market,” says Pearson. “She brings experience and enthusiasm that is so important for success in this business.”
A native of Long Island and longtime resident of Bucks County, Emily worked in commercial construction project management and is the owner of a portfolio of residential investment properties.
“It gives me so much pleasure to help clients evaluate and compare properties and get them to the closing table,” says Bartolillo. “I came into real estate with a good understanding of what I liked and didn’t like about agents based on those I had worked with. I’ve used that experience to try and become a valuable, responsive resource for my clients.”
